Return conditions
The product must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging.
Custom jewelry is non-refundable.
How to make a return
Write to info@raelisaura.com indicating your order number and the reason for the return.
We will send you instructions for returning the product.
Once the product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
